Was hoping to just pack the Nespresso Machine and run it off my battery but looking at the wattage of these electronic machines it seems I will flatten my battery very quickly.

My wife said no coffee no adventure.

Bought a roof rack off E-bay which cost $229 plus $25 dollars postage.
It has three Racks to hold the load and is made of  Aluminium to keep weight down (More weight equals more petrol).

Hopefully I should be able to attach my awning to them without to much fuss.
