Finished Disablity course and have 1 client for 6 hours per week.

I have completed the face-to-face course at TAFE (Cert 3 disabilities) and am now doing a Cert 4 in Mental Health online, which finishes in Sept 2025, I can do it on the road.  I have also just found out that Austudy will not cover it, as its not enough hours (6 hours per week), while they are looking for around 30.  So it looks like I am back to looking for work (Jobseeker). I hope to travel and pick some work up on the road.  If I find a good job in a nice place I could settle down.  

 

I suffer from depression so at times I need to do my best to get motivated.  Vanlife assists me with this.  I took the dog out to Dwellingup a few weeks back so it looks like i am getting bold again.  I have also purchased a two-man inflatable kayak so that should give me more feel-good hormones.  I also have had a mini-stroke in Nov 2023 and one in Nov 2024, lost of memory and language ability, but it has came back within a few weeks..  It can be a sign to get out there and enjoy the outdoors while you can.  I believe we have another good 15 years once we reach 60.  But hopefully I can extend this.

 

I have put in a TV and made some modifications so if I get bored I can play Xbox One in the van.  I also hope to offer free coffee to travellers as I set down for the night.  Good for social interactions.
